Gently Blows the Breeze
Gently blows the breeze,
I watch the swaying trees,
Breathing deeply here and now,
In, out, as I know how.
Gently blows the breeze.
Mother Nature pleas:
"Come hither. Walk with me.
Set mind and spirit free."
Gently blows the breeze,
I rise, walking with ease;
I observe grazing deer,
I ask, I listen, I hear.
Gently blows the breeze;
I know what peace is.
My heart soars like birds above,
Connected to all with love.
Gently blows the breeze,
My quiet time does cease,
I emerge, fully aware,
That a bear sits in my chair.
